Run QC

See what is still unchecked in a document and clear it before sign-off.

Steps

  1. Open the document and choose the QC tab. The QC Dashboard shows Values Verified as a percentage, with counts for Bound Values, Verified, Not Verified, Stale, Unbound Numbers and AI Flagged.
  2. Work through the By Section list and the All Values list. Filter values to find what is open, then open a value and choose Mark Verified or fix it.
  3. Choose Run AI Check On Every Value for an AI read of each value against its source. Run Second Check re-checks the high-risk ones. Review each flag yourself; a flag is not a verdict.
  4. Choose Download QC Log (CSV) if you need a record of the checks.

The QC Gate

The Sign-Off page shows a QC Gate. It lists the values and structure findings still open under your QC policy. A signature is refused while the gate has open items, unless an override covers them.

Each row in the gate has a link that opens the section or value to fix.
