Bind and Verify Values
Every number in the text comes from a source table cell and is checked by a person.
How Values Work
A number in the document is never typed by the AI. It is bound to a cell in a source table, so the text and the table cannot disagree.
Each bound value shows one of four states: Verified By A Human, AI Matched (Not Yet Verified), Stale (the source changed), or Manual (no source).
Steps
- Open a document and click a bound value to see the table, row and column it came from.
- Compare it with the source. If the match is right, choose Mark Verified.
- If the match is wrong, pick the right cell. Only people with write access can verify.
- Work through stale values after a new source version arrives. The QC page lists everything not yet verified.
