How billing works
- Pilot length
- 30 days. The pilot ends at day 30 or when the included AI usage is used, whichever comes first.
- AI usage
- $500 is included. Organization admins get an in-app notice and an email at 50, 75, 90 and 100 percent of the budget.
- Billing
- By invoice. There is no card checkout. Enterprise customers sign an MSA and send a PO.
- Your documents
- A pilot runs on your own study documents. Please leave out patient identifiers. See Security for what is sent to AI providers.
- After the pilot
- Talk to us about the Enterprise plan. Seats and studies are agreed in the MSA.
